Jumping in where I left off. CANNONBALL!!!!

Hello! It's once again DAY ONE!
It's 6:10 a.m. and I can't sleep... I received a phone call from a college friend. I initiated a contact through Facebook and soon after that we were texting. It was great to talk to her. Because of a very special event that is about to happen, I have decided that I have to become healthier. STAT. More about the event later.

The unidentified event got me motivated, but there is more to it.  I suffer from PNES which is a seizure disorder. Only my seizures aren't neurological. They are Psychological. I've been told to reduce my stress, eat less salt, see a shrink, and reduce my BMI - which is OFF THE CHARTS. The PNES has me either laying in bed or horizontal in the Lazyboy. I'm not complaining because I feel more grounded when I am. It's my comfort zone. My biggest-most ENORMOUS-challenge is exercise. I can use my stationary bike until I fall out of it. (Talk about some laughter!) I can barely walk my dog up the street anymore. Eek, I digress.... Anyway, I will track my progress.


I'm trying to eat healthier meals & snacks. I try not to eat fats with carb meals, etc.  

I will share my favorite breakfasts with you. 

Here's my #1: 
I drink Bulletproof Coffee almost every morning for my breakfast. It is a very rich satisfying drink! My recipe is based on this http://www.bulletproofexec.com/bulletproof-coffee-recipe/ I just add 1/2 scoop of protein powder and a splash of heavy cream along with the Kerrygold butter and MCT oil/coconut oil.  It's especially good with flavored coffee beans. IMA FULL FO HOURS. REALZ.

I have lost 19# since then just by not overindulging.
